Please note we make every effort not to double book our appointments and do our best to have patients seen on time.
Please remember to schedule your follow up appointment as soon as possible. We require a 24 - hour notice for cancellations or missed appointments.
Tuesday 12 noon - 8:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Thursday 12 noon - 8:00 pm
Friday 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Broad Street Weight Management Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and Cash.
There is a $30 minimum payment for all Credit Card or Debit Cards.
Personal checks are not accepted.
